*This role is based out of Chennai Location*
Role Overview:
You will play a strategic client-facing leadership role managing and growing relationships with India’s top 14 banks . You will be responsible for delivering seamless service , enhancing engagement , and driving revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and solution innovation across our suite of products—digital rewards, corporate gifting, loyalty solutions, cashback programs, e-gift cards, and white-label platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management
Own and manage key relationships with top banking clients (PSUs, private, and multinational banks).
Serve as the primary liaison ensuring high client satisfaction and business continuity.
Build quarterly and annual account plans to meet revenue and engagement goals.
Revenue Growth & Cross-Selling
Identify growth opportunities across digital rewards, loyalty, gifting, and white-label products.
