Role Overview:

You will play a strategic client-facing leadership role managing and growing relationships with India’s top 14 banks. You will be responsible for delivering seamless service, enhancing engagement, and driving revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and solution innovation across our suite of products—digital rewards, corporate gifting, loyalty solutions, cashback programs, e-gift cards, and white-label platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management

  • Own and manage key relationships with top banking clients (PSUs, private, and multinational banks).
  • Serve as the primary liaison ensuring high client satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Build quarterly and annual account plans to meet revenue and engagement goals.
