Job Description
We are seeking a senior Vice President – Credit (Structured Debt) to lead credit evaluation and risk management for structured lending transactions, including bespoke, collateralised, and cash-flow backed deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead credit underwriting for structured debt transactions (LAP, LRD, structured corporate loans, mezzanine, promoter financing, AIF/private credit structures)
• Evaluate complex deal structures, security packages, covenants, and cash-flow waterfalls
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and early warning signals
• Build and mentor a high-calibre structured credit team
Preferred Background
• Banks (Wholesale / Corporate Credit)
• NBFCs focused on structured lending
• Private Credit / AIF / Special Situations funds
• Investment banking credit or risk teams
