Vice President, Customer Success About the Company Forward-thinking B2B SaaS / CRM technology organization Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Customer Success to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the full post-sale customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, enablement, support, retention, and expansion efforts for mid-market and enterprise customers. This includes owning and scaling the end-to-end customer success strategy, driving adoption, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves leading cross-functional partnerships with sales, product, and engineering teams, as well as establishing and monitoring customer health metrics and KPIs. Applicants for the Vice President of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' leadership experience in customer success within the B2B SaaS sector. A strong background in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is essential, as is a proven track record of improving customer retention and driving expansion revenue. The role requires excellent executive communication and operational leadership skills, as the VP will be expected to serve as an executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts and lead customer success, implementation, and support teams.
