Vice President - Data Management - Middle office

A Global Investment Management Firm is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join its Public Markets Middle Office as Vice President – Data Management/Engineering & Quality. This role will drive the build and evolution of a best-in-class DEQ function in India, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and operational readiness across the firm's books and records in support of clients, investment teams, and traders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the data quality framework for reference and transaction data.

• Manage and mentor the DEQ team to ensure smooth operations.

• Develop and operationalize data quality controls across portfolio transactions, holdings, and valuations.

• Implement robust validation and exception monitoring processes.
