Vice President - Delivery

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our growth initiatives across new markets. This is a senior executive role designed for a visionary with a proven track record in presales, delivery, and strategic market expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, P&L management experience, excellent customer engagement and passion to grow.

Location: Bangalore /Chennai /Hyderabad/ Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong affinity to technology and respected in the industry as a Technology aligned delivery leader
• Proven experience of driving different types of programs/projects across staff-augmentation, fixed-price, capacity-based, Output and Outcome based models
• Lead and drive the growth strategy for our operations in newer markets.
• Oversee end-to-end presales, delivery, and client engagement processes to ensure scalable and profitable growth.
• Manage large P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive multiple delivery accounts to highest of customer satisfaction
• Build and lead high-performing teams across delivery
• Maintain a deep understanding of the markets, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall corporate objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet market demands.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience at a senior leadership level, preferably as a VP or equivalent, with a strong background in presales, delivery, and strategic growth.
• Must have been an Engineering Technology leader with experience in creating high-performance Agile teams
• Prior experience working with or within large IT services companies .
• Demonstrated success in managing large P&L portfolios.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strategic mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 24+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading market expansion and revenue growth in emerging markets.
