About the Role:


We are seeking an accomplished and visionary technology leader to join us as Vice President – Delivery, driving transformative impact across the BFSI sector. This strategic leadership position calls for a dynamic professional with a strong track record in end-to-end account delivery, digital innovation, adoption to newer technologies, and client partnership within Banking , Insurance or Capital Markets. The successful candidate will lead engagements or portfolio of engagements, champion digital transformation, and foster collaborative client relationships to elevate business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate must possess minimum 25 years of IT experience:


  • Lead and manage comprehensive account delivery activities, ensuring timely execution, exceptional quality, and superior client satisfaction.
  • Design and deploy innovative digital and technology solutions tailored specifically to BFSI client needs.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and partner.
  • Drive and oversee digital transformation programs that boost operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge of BFSI trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to guide strategic decisions.
  • Mentor, inspire, and develop high-performing teams committed to excellence and continuous growth.
  • Represent the organization at senior client levels, showcasing thought leadership and BFSI expertise.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven success in leading and delivering complex, end-to-end accounts within BFSI domains.
  • Extensive experience managing digital and technology projects in Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior client levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
