KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel sales delivery, product mix, VNB and CoA metrics (40%)

  • Digital Marketing - Paid Media Strategy & Organic traffic growth Strategize & deploy performance marketing campaigns across Search, Display to power demand generation and inbound marketing strategy
    Monitor & optimize the digital revenue equation through comprehensive conversion funnel management strategy
    Devise & Orchestrate a comprehensive SEO strategy for Max Life - Define a comprehensive SEO strategy for achieving long short, medium & long SEO goals for business

  • Primary owner of digital prospect management and the conversion funnel to deliver and grow direct ecommerce business through our contact centre (including purchase journey)
  • Develop contact centre strategy and Purchase Journey thinking to ensure high conversions on all prospect received through digital assets.

  • Achieve individual sales and conversion targets for each lead source and associated business metrics
  • Drive strategic planning, managing financial risks, cost center budgeting and finance – End 2 End ownership of Optimizing the Ecom Direct Business P&L (Digital Marketing Opex, Outsourced Tele-Sales Opex)

  • Control and compliance (10%) - Design & implement and execute processes to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit department performance against the same

  • Manage Digital agencies & Partners - Manage multiple digital agencies partners to deliver a seamless, unified deployment in line with business objectives

  • Coaching & capability building (15%) Coach and mentor a diverse team for capability building across Digital Marketing and Sales management
    Design and deploy effective interventions including R&Rs to grow sales and conversions
