Vice President Engineering - MONARK

Overview

The Vice President Engineering – MONARK role reports to the SVP, Engineering and provides management oversight and direction to large nuclear green field engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and oversight responsibility for design of the Monark reactor including design authority delegated from Chief Nuclear Engineer.
• Leadership and sponsorship of engineering improvement activities to support the business plan and financial goals.
• Manage the mentoring and coaching of staff, including development and execution of improvement plans, regular feedback, and succession planning.
• Manage all department resources within business plan and financial targets.
• Responsible for negotiation and communication with Project Partners with respect to configuration management requirements and work processes.
