Role Overview
We are hiring a Vice President – Private Equity Fund Accounting to lead end-to-end fund accounting across multiple private equity strategies and structures. The role owns financial reporting, investor servicing, regulatory compliance, platform optimization, and team leadership, and partners closely with Front Office, Investor Relations, Tax, Compliance, and external administrators/auditors.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly and quarterly close for PE funds, feeders, parallel vehicles, and SPVs
Deliver financial statements under US GAAP / IFRS, partner capital accounts, and investor reporting
Oversee capital calls, distributions, equalizations, true-ups, and side letter economics
Coordinate valuations (ASC 820 / IFRS 13) and run complex waterfall calculations (carry, pref, catch-ups)
Ensure compliance with AIFMD, Annex IV, Form PF, F...
