Position Title: Vice President, Exploration

Location: Flexible (Ontario & Quebec with significant travel to field sites)

Position Summary

The Vice President, Exploration is a senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership, technical direction, and operational execution of all mineral exploration and resource development activities. This role requires 10–15 years of progressive, hands-on experience across the full exploration lifecycle—from grassroots targeting through advanced-stage resource definition and development support.

The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in volcanic-hosted base metal and gold deposit environments, strong field credentials, and the ability to translate geological insight into value-creating exploration programs. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, enab...
