Vice President Finance

Role Overview

The Vice President – Finance will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across the organization, ensuring robust financial governance, sustainable growth, and effective capital management. The role will act as a key business partner to the leadership team and play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the finance function, including Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, Budgeting, and Compliance.

•Monitor and strengthen the financial health of the organization, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.

•Prepare and present periodic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, MIS) to the Board, CMD, and senior leadership.
