Description of Responsibilities

The Vice President of Air Conditioning provides strategic and operational leadership for all air conditioning systems, services, and business units across the organization. This executive role is responsible for performance, reliability, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and growth initiatives while leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for design, installation, operations, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

Strategic & Business Leadership

• Develop and execute the company’s air conditioning strategy aligned with overall business goals
• Lead long‑term planning for system modernization, capacity growth, and market expansion
• Support revenue growth through operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation
