About the Role
Samyak Group seeks a seasoned Vice President - Sales to lead and expand our commercial real estate ventures. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a robust network in institutional sales, retail leasing, and large-scale real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for commercial and retail real estate projects.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with IPCs, HNIs, channel partners, and institutional investors.
- Oversee leasing, bulk sales, and significant transaction negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure go-to-market success.
- Monitor revenue KPIs, sales funnels, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Represent Samyak Group in strategic discussions and investor meetings.
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on commercial and retail sectors.
- Proven track record of managing ₹100+ Cr annual sales portfolios.
- Established network with IPCs, institutional investors, and retail brands.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
