About the Role

Samyak Group seeks a seasoned Vice President - Sales  to lead and expand our commercial real estate ventures. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a robust network in institutional sales, retail leasing, and large-scale real estate transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for commercial and retail real estate projects.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with IPCs, HNIs, channel partners, and institutional investors.
  • Oversee leasing, bulk sales, and significant transaction negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure go-to-market success.
  • Monitor revenue KPIs, sales funnels, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Represent Samyak Group in strategic discussions and investor meetings.


Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on commercial and retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing ₹100+ Cr annual sales portfolios.
  • Established network with IPCs, institutional investors, and retail brands.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
