Vice President, Human Resources
Just HR is conducting a search for a Vice President, Human Resources, to lead a high‑impact people function and drive modernization across all areas of HR. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will shape the people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and build scalable HR programs that support growth, safety and performance.
Our client is a dynamic, private equity‑owned organization in the transportation sector. The business is undergoing significant change and investing in a more sophisticated, data‑driven people function. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals, partner closely with the executive team, and serve as a trusted advisor on culture, organisational design, risk and workforce strategy.
The company operates out of its head office based in Downtown Vancouver.
