Role Overview

Lead enterprise-wide Lean and Digital Transformation initiatives across global operations and client engagements. Drive measurable outcomes across productivity, profitability, finance transformation, and digital enablement , partnering closely with CXOs and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute large-scale continuous improvement and transformation agendas
• Deliver sustained productivity improvement, value-share, and operational excellence
• Lead deployment of AI, automation, robotics, analytics, and digital solutions
• Drive transformation across finance processes including FP&A, Accounting Close, Commercial & Operational Finance, Risk, and Financial Systems
• Influence and partner with COOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders globally
• Build, coach, and lead senior transformation and Lean teams in matrixed environments

Candidate Profile

• 20+ years of experience in Transformation, Process Excellence, or Consulting
• Strong background in Lean / Six Sigma with digital transformation exposure
• Proven global delivery of large-scale digital programs
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
