Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation

Location: Noida / NCR | Hyderabad | Bangalore
Role Overview
Lead enterprise-wide Lean and Digital Transformation initiatives across global operations and client engagements. Drive measurable outcomes across productivity, profitability, finance transformation, and digital enablement, partnering closely with CXOs and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute large-scale continuous improvement and transformation agendas
- Deliver sustained productivity improvement, value-share, and operational excellence
- Lead deployment of AI, automation, robotics, analytics, and digital solutions
- Drive transformation across finance processes including FP&A, Accounting Close, Commercial & Operational Finance, Risk, and Financial Systems
- Influence and partner with COOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders globally
- Build, coach, and lead senior transformation and Lean teams in matrixed environments
Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of experience in Transformation, Process Excellence, or Consulting
- Strong background in Lean / Six Sigma with digital transformation exposure
- Proven global delivery of large-scale digital programs
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
