About the Company

We are building a Mine-to-Market Ecosystem-as-a-Service, modernizing the global gold supply chain through secure digital custody, tokenization, and financial infrastructure. Our platform enables transparent, liquid, and efficient access to gold by bridging physical bullion, digital tokens, and modern payment rails.

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior leader to manage liquidity, trading operations, and settlement workflows across physical bullion, tokenized assets, and fiat/crypto rails. The role requires hands-on expertise in bullion trading, hedging, treasury, and institutional crypto settlement.

Key Responsibilities

Hedging, Pricing & Sourcing

• Own end-to-end gold & silver trading operations
• Execute hedging strategies on DGCX / COMEX
• Manage real-time pricing, spreads, margins, and sourcing from approved suppliers

Crypto Settlement & Treasury Operations

• Handle USDT / USDC (or similar stablecoins) in institutional setups
• Manage wallets, settlements, and reconciliations using platforms like Fireblocks or equivalent
• Ensure accurate crypto-fiat-asset settlement flows

Banking & Payments

• Work closely with regional banks (RAKBANK, Emirates NBD, etc.)
• Execute corporate net banking, payment rails, and same-day settlements
• Coordinate fiat settlements aligned with bullion and token transactions

B2B Bullion Client Management

• Deal with B2B clients including bullion dealers, jewellers, and wholesalers
• Manage quotes, trade execution, confirmations, and post-trade coordination

Risk, Inventory & Liquidity Management

• Monitor inventory exposure, intraday risk, and price volatility
• Ensure liquidity discipline and zero operational slippage across physical, token, and cash/crypto legs

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Finance or related field
• Strong experience in bullion markets, trading desks, or treasury operations
