Vice President of Clinical Operations and Strategy About the Company Esteemed biotechnology company Industry Biotechnology Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is actively seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations and Strategy with expertise in global clinical vendor strategy and business operations, particularly in oncology clinical development programs. This is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Development leadership, spearheading the global clinical outsourcing strategy and overseeing all facets of CRO and vendor management while taking ownership of the financial dimensions of clinical trials. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical finance, budgeting, and forecasting for Phase 1-3 studies, combined with the capability to design and scale operating models that support an expanding clinical portfolio. We require applicants to have at least 20 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development with a concentration on global oncology clinical trials. Proven senior leadership skills in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, and CRO governance are essential, along with a robust understanding of global regulatory frameworks. This role demands exceptional executive-level communication abilities and a talent for influencing across complex organizational structures, complemented by a track record of successfully managing change and achieving operational excellence.
