The role demands a candidate with strong leadership and team management capabilities, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and expertise in healthcare operations, provider compensation, and performance metrics. The Vice President will also be involved in the FPP's Strategic 2030 Market Expansion plan and must ensure that all clinical operations adhere to compliance standards. The position requires excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with EHR systems, digital health platforms, and regulatory compliance is also essential.
