Industry Biotechnology Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Compliance to establish and lead our healthcare and corporate compliance program, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advising and supporting compliance initiatives across the organization, ensuring that all materials and communications meet the highest legal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive compliance training, auditing, and monitoring programs. Facilitating compliance with state-specific legal requirements. Managing marketing and transparency reports. Creating and revising compliance policies and comprehensive training materials. Engaging in government affairs and supporting business development initiatives. The perfect candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, with advanced certifications in compliance, ethics, and information privacy highly preferred. We require a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in healthcare compliance, particularly within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors. A deep understanding of compliance programs and industry standards is essential. This role demands exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership qualities, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and adapt to evolving market conditions.
