In this key position, you will take charge of the implementation, enablement, support, retention, and expansion initiatives tailored to our mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be the driving force behind developing and scaling a comprehensive customer success strategy that promotes user adoption and fosters exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will extend across cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and engineering as you establish and monitor vital customer health metrics and KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience focused on customer success within the B2B SaaS sector, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
