Role Overview
- Play a critical role in driving and overseeing healthcare transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall digital transformation strategy aligned with company and client objectives
- Drive and manage execution of transformation programs, including:
- Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Engage clients to lead transformation program management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
- Identify process improvements
- Drive operational efficiencies
- Enhance customer experience
- Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure delivery of key milestones and outcomes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management
- Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and alignment
- Manage partners and sub-vendors
- Bring deep healthcare expertise, especially in the healthcare provider space
- Participate in healthcare capability development, RFPs, and RFIs
