Role Overview

  • Play a critical role in driving and overseeing healthcare transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall digital transformation strategy aligned with company and client objectives
  • Drive and manage execution of transformation programs, including:
  • Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Engage clients to lead transformation program management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
  • Identify process improvements
  • Drive operational efficiencies
  • Enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure delivery of key milestones and outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management
  • Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Manage partners and sub-vendors
  • Bring deep healthcare expertise, especially in the healthcare provider space
  • Participate in healthcare capability development, RFPs, and RFIs
