This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Engineering based in Gurugram. The Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, leading cross-functional teams, and planning strategic technology initiatives. Responsibilities include managing engineering projects, driving the development of innovative software solutions, optimizing processes, and supporting the overall growth of engineering teams. The role requires collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-value products and services.

• Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to inspire, mentor, and oversee engineering teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Software Development and expertise in various technologies and tools related to the field.
• Experience in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Strong background in Product Development to contribute to the creation and enhancement of innovative offerings.
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Track record of successfully scaling and driving engineering teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
