About the Role
Ness is seeking an experienced VP - Engineering, with a strong product engineering background and passion for engineering and creating products to solve business problems. The VP - Engineering will provide technology leadership, vision, and guidance to the engineering and product development teams and drive innovation in product development.
Responsibilities
Deliver customer-focused business outcomes using Java full-stack/Cloud computing (Saa S/Paa S/Iaa S)
Manage P& L, Gross Margins and help grow the business with superior delivery
Ensure timely delivery of all projects and be responsible for managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer
Lead customer relations and management at the organization level
Ensure positive business outcomes by providing predictability, productivity and quality through defined processes that increase speed-to-value, institutionalize the use of Agile practices in a sustainable man...
