Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Investor Engagement to be an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead all facets of investor relations and outreach, actively building and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and current investors. You will manage your own book of business and ensure compliance with all securities laws and regulations. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, private equity fundraising, or a related real estate sector, you will have a proven track record of successfully raising capital. In addition, you will conduct market research, handle administrative tasks, and eventually oversee a team of 2-4 Investor Relations Representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate investment structures, market dynamics, and financial modeling. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a closely related field is required; an MBA is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for creating engaging investor materials. We seek an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter with a growth mindset, and the relevant Series 7 (or 82) and 63 licenses.
