The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the formation and implementation of physician practice strategy, as well as championing the program's goals with both internal and external stakeholders. This critical leadership role involves identifying and presenting strategic business intelligence, leading cultural transformation processes, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. The VP will also be tasked with direct and coordinate financial reporting, planning, and budget management functions, as well as overseeing the clinic's finance, accounting, budgeting, and audit processes. Candidates for the Vice President of Physician Practices position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' of senior-level healthcare operations management experience. The role requires expertise in strategic planning, knowledge of healthcare regulatory and policy requirements, and experience with population health management analytics. Strong communication skills, both with physicians and at the Board level, are essential, as is a high level of proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records software.
