This critical position will focus on maintaining a diverse and high-quality portfolio of assets while driving strategic goals related to performance benchmarks, acquisitions, and dispositions. The VP will play an essential role in executing investment strategies that generate value and support the overall growth of the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial, operational, and physical health of the properties while collaborating closely with property management to address emerging challenges. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and engage in analyzing portfolio performance to inform strategic business planning initiatives. To be considered for this position, you should possess a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in asset management, property management, or affordable housing development, with particular expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in financial planning and analysis, showcasing skills in organizational development, personnel management, and strategic planning.
