Role Summary

We are hiring a VP of Sales to own and scale our U.S. B2B practitioner channel. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for strategy, revenue growth, and execution across clinics and healthcare practitioners, with a strong focus on functional and integrative medicine.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle while laying the foundation for a scalable sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow U.S. B2B revenue across clinics and healthcare practitioners
• Develop and execute the national practitioner sales strategy
• Personally prospect, onboard, and manage key accounts
• Build long-term practitioner relationships and drive repeat orders
• Translate clinical outcomes and practitioner feedback into sales strategy
• Attend and represent Brain Ritual at U.S. conferences and trade shows
• Own CRM, pipeline forecasting, and sales reporting
• Ensure all sales activities align with U.S. regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and partnerships

Requirements

• Proven senior B2B sales leadership experience in U.S. healthcare or pharma
• Track record of selling to clinics and medical practitioners
• Strong closing skills across in-person, phone, and email channels
• Excellent CRM discipline and pipeline management
• Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape
• Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S.

Strongly Preferred

• Existing practitioner or clinic network
• Experience in functional, integrative, or metabolic medicine
• Background in health, neuroscience, or medical nutrition
• Personal connection to migraine or chronic illness (plus, not required)
