💼 What You’ll Do
As Vice President of Technology, you will report directly to the CEO and lead BBCS’s entire technology organization, including Development, DevOps, Product Testing, Documentation, and IT teams. You will define and execute our technology and AI strategy, ensuring our platforms remain secure, scalable, compliant, and innovative.
You will:
- Own and execute the technology and AI roadmap, aligned to BBCS’s Vision and 10-Year Target
- Lead the thoughtful, secure, and compliant integration of AI and automation into products and internal operations
- Oversee the architecture and performance of our AWS-hosted SaaS platforms
- Drive excellence in Agile/Scrum execution, improving sprint success, quality, and delivery predictability
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, values-aligned technology team
- Manage technology P&L, budgets, and vendor strategy to maximize ROI
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Sales, and Finance to ensure technology drives measurable business value
- Establish and track KPIs through EOS scorecards and quarterly Rocks
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled development
🧠 What You Bring
- Senior technology leadership experience in regulated SaaS, healthcare, or medical device environments
- Proven success building and leading high-performing engineering organizations
- Experience integrating AI, automation, amd advanced analytics into enterprise software products
- Deep technical knowledge of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS)
- Modern software development (Java, Vue.js, MySQL/Aurora)
- APIs (RESTful)
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
- Ability to inspire teams, drive accountability, and translate vision into execution
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) preferred
- Experience working in FDA-regulated environments is a plus
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- Project management and leadership certifications a plus
