VP-Operations


Roles & Responsibilities

Support/ coordinate and oversee day to day operation of the construction business

Define and implement operational strategy/ structure/ policies/ process

Manage budget and responsible for Profit of the company

Monitor performance and proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solution

Maintain working knowledge of HRD/Procurement/SCM/P&M/F&A, ERP and PMIS

Interview, Hire, Train and mentor the operation management Team

Leading departments and Pan India operation of the company

Tackling unforeseen issues and Trouble shoot

Maintain schedules and ensure materials/ machineries/ service provider availability

Update project management information system and reporting

Vibrant internal and external coordination & communication for the success of the projects

Skills

Proven track record on leadership

Demonstrative project and budgetary skills

Strong business acumen

Excellent oral/ written communication skills

Ability to work under high pressure

Educational Qualification

BE/ ME / MTech (Civil)- Reputed colleges

MBA/ LLB

PMP Certification (added advantage)

Other Requisites

Min 22- 30 years @ Projects

Exposure min 10 years with contract companies

Working experience with 1000 crore atmosphere

Multi teams managing capacity

PAN India & EPC exposure MUST

Speaking Hindi language in addition to English and Tamil
