Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations including candidate pipelines, staffing workflows, vendor management, and compliance with labor regulations across regions.
• Optimize recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM systems), monitor KPIs like fill rates and time-to-hire, and implement process improvements to boost profitability.
• Manage teams across branches or verticals (IT, finance, engineering staffing), handle budgeting, forecasting, and strategic scaling for client contracts.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in staffing operations, talent lifecycle management, and recruitment metrics analysis.
• Strong leadership, change management, financial acumen, and client relationship skills.

Proficiency in tools like Ceipal, Salesforce, or similar; knowledge of global labor markets (e.g., USA ,India, LATAM)
