Now, as EngageReel is scaling in Europe and beyond, we're looking for a strategic operator who can run operations like a well-tuned machine - global mindset, flawless execution, zero compromise.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a VP - Operations - a leader who doesn't just manage but orchestrates. You will oversee and integrate all operations across India and Europe - from technology and AI workflows to delivery, cross-regional teams, and growth execution. You'll be the third arm to the CEO and the business heads, driving the rhythm, discipline and scale that turns vision into results.
