We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Quality Engineer to join our FOUNDATIONAL FRAMEWORKS team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies by utilizing advanced quality engineering techniques to ensure product excellence. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, demonstrating expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis. 
• Oversee the execution of testing protocols, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. 
• Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations. 
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. 
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance quality engineering practices and capabilities.
• Hands-on automation/performance testing
   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent education background
• Individuals with skills such as Java, Selenium, JMeter scripting, BDD, Database testing, MQ, and Kafka preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for identifying and resolving quality issues. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams. 
• Proficiency in quality engineering tools and methodologies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
