Responsibilities
1) Implement the Reward agenda:
Strategically direct and deliver annual reward processes (eg. Benefits & Wellbeing programme, Reward Communications etc.)In-depth analysis of statistics/ market trends to provide insights for action and help stakeholders/managers make better people decisions.Collaborate with HR stakeholders (SG and APAC) to support business needs to ensure fair and consistent application of reward policies and guidelines.Oversee benefit and wellbeing programmes including benefit benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulationsManage external vendor relationships to ensure optimal program delivery and value. 2) Reward Policy and Product Management:
