Vice President, Scrum Leader

The Scrum Leader is accountable for establishing and maintaining Scrum, facilitating understanding of Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organization. The Scrum Leader serves the Scrum Team (Team) by: Causing removals of impediments to the Team’s progress; Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox; Helping Teams focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done; Coaching Teams in self-management and cross-functionality. The Scrum Leader serves the Product Owner by: facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed; Providing techniques for effective product goal definition and backlog management; and Helping establish empirical product planning for complex environments.
