DESCRIPTION
You will report directly to the President, overseeing key foundational functions of the operations and digital shelf teams. Your expertise in ecommerce operations and catalog management will be instrumental in the downstream success of our brand management and marketing departments & key to overall client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive best-in-class digital shelf performance across retail readiness KPIs within OeP Acosta’s FACTS framework. Integrate & optimize third party catalog support emphasizing efficiencies through automation & offshoring. Develop and mentor digital shelf team of ~15 to improve efficiencies and grow talent on the most challenging digital shelf activities.
