Job Overview:
This role will provide technical leadership while collaborating with Business and Product teams on the vision-setting through to the implementation of the next level of our advisor digital platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of deep customization, scalability, and a streamlined experience for LPL advisors and LPL-affiliated institutions.
Responsibilities:
Experience leading multiple development teams across various value streams providing nurturing leadership and talent development efforts for successful project delivery, application, and platform support.
Build cross-functional rapport with other leaders in the Technology and Product organizations for help navigating through dependencies, risk mitigation and triage of issues to resolution.
Have a deep, hands-on understanding of cloud architecture and design, with an emphasis on secure, distributed hybrid cloud platforms.
