Role and Responsibilities
Client-Focused Solutioning
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into differentiated value propositions.
- Design comprehensive solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, finance, and compliance functions.
- Leverage AI/ML, Gen AI copilots, RPA, and advanced analytics to create innovative, future-ready architectures.
Pre-Sales & Commercial Leadership
- Partner with business development teams to define win themes and competitive differentiators for proposals.
- Build robust commercial constructs, including pricing models, SLA frameworks, volume-based discounts, and rebadging strategies.
- Balance cost efficiency, scalability, and innovation in all solution designs.
Large Deal Architecture
- Lead solutioning efforts for large, multi-year managed services engagements (100+ FTEs).
- Structure transition models, governance frameworks, and service-level constructs to ensure sustainable client outcomes.
Provide thought leadership on risk, compliance, and contractual considerations for global engagements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with practice leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams to validate feasibility, effort estimates, and transition approaches.
- Contribute to the development of accelerators, playbooks, and reusable solution frameworks for future bids.
Market & Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, insurtech innovation, and global market trends.
- Represent Xceedance in client presentations, RFP discussions, workshops, and industry forums.
