Objective of the position

The Vice President of Retail will lead the Retail function for Mexico, defining and executing the country strategy to drive revenue, margin and profitability across retail channels. They will lead and design prospecting and new-customer acquisition strategies, build and scale high-performing teams, and partner with cross-functional teams to align assortment, pricing and promotions while ensuring operational excellence in stores and exceptional execution. Using leadership and influence, they will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with local regulations, and champion customer-centric initiatives to grow market share and customer loyalty.
