Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Sexual Assault Program Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a Victim Advocate in the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention (SHARP) program, providing care and supportive services to victims of sexual harassment and sexual assault. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with victims to develop and adapt safety plans and needs assessments. Ensure the victim understands the processes involved and what data will be collected. Maintain contact with victims through follow-up support for ongoing needs. Communicate clearly with the victim about the SHARP Victim Advocate's role and the reporting process.
