Key Responsibilities:

Video Development

· Develop stand-alone videos and eLearning videos with animations and motion graphics.

· Edit videos by adding voiceovers, subtitles, and music to enhance engagement.

· Ensure videos work well on different platforms (LMS, social media, etc.).

AI & Technology Integration

· Use AI tools for image creation, video enhancement, and design automation.

· Explore new technologies to improve design and video quality.

eLearning Content Development

· Collaborate with instructional designers to create interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules.

· Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and brand standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
