Video Content Creator

Job Title: Video Content Creator – SaaS (2+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Content Creator with 2 years of experience who is passionate about visual storytelling and excited to work in a SaaS product environment . This role focuses on creating high-quality video and multimedia content such as product demos, tutorials, onboarding videos, feature updates (“What’s New”), and marketing assets .

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in video production and editing , a good understanding of multimedia formats , and the ability to translate complex SaaS features into simple, engaging, and visually compelling content .

Key Responsibilities

• Create product demo and promotional videos that clearly explain SaaS features, use cases, and benefits
• Develop learning, tutorial, and onboarding videos , including step-by-step walkthroughs
• Produce ‘What’s New’ / Feature Update videos for product releases
• Record screen captures, product demos, voiceovers, and camera-based videos
• Edit raw footage into polished outputs using transitions, text overlays, motion elements, animations, and brand guidelines
• Create and adapt multimedia content such as short-form videos, GIFs, reels, thumbnails, and basic visual assets for web and social platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Growth teams to understand messaging and objectives
• Incorporate feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve video quality, storytelling, and visual consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in video content creation and editing
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro , or similar
• Basic to intermediate experience with After Effects / motion graphics
• Experience with screen recording tools like OBS, Loom, Camtasia, or similar
• Understanding of multimedia fundamentals — video, audio, visuals, typography, and basic animation
• Good grasp of lighting, framing, audio quality, and storytelling principles
• Ability to learn SaaS products quickly and simplify technical concepts visually
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio or sample work showcasing some of the following:

• SaaS or product demo videos
• Tutorials / walkthrough videos
• Explainer or promotional videos
• Any relevant multimedia or motion-based content
