The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and agile Video Content Creator to own our video production process from concept to completion. Your mission will be to transform our vast knowledge base in chemical safety and compliance into simple, engaging, and high-impact videos for a global audience. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating high-quality content at speed.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualise & Script: Develop compelling scripts, storyboards, and concepts for a wide range of video content, including explainer videos, product tutorials, promotional materials, and social media shorts.
• Create & Produce: Manage the end-to-end video production process. Transform limited assets—such as presentations, technical documents, and stock footage—into polished, professional videos.
• Leverage AI & Emerging Technologies: Use AI-powered tools and techniques (text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video transformations, automated voice-over, AI-enhanced animation) to achieve rapid turnaround times without compromising quality.
• Distill the Complex: Summarise vast amounts of technical and scientific information into clear, concise video content for a global audience.
• Collaborate & Iterate: Work with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and the marketing team to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and effective.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore and implement new tools and techniques to keep video content fresh and impactful.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Video Specialist, or similar role with a strong portfolio or showreel.
• Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills with the ability to hook an audience from the first second.
• A results‑oriented mindset with the ability to produce high‑quality videos quickly.
• Awareness of evolving AI video generation tools (generative video platforms, AI-powered editing tools, automated animation). You should understand capabilities and be eager to explore how they can enhance workflows.
• Proficiency in standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• An innate ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in a B2B, SaaS, or technology-focused company.
• A background or interest in science, chemistry, or related technical field.
• Skills in motion graphics or animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender).
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms and understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• Experience optimizing video content for different platforms and formats using AI-assisted tools.
