We are looking for an *Equity Partner* to build and lead our video content and Heads&STUDIO platform from day one. In this role, you will lead the creation, production and scaling of a national and international video‑podcast format together with the co‑founders/partners, interviewing our network of c-suite executives, founders, board members and senior leaders. You will turn our access into a visible, repeatable content engine that showcases their thinking – and ours.
