THE JOB

AFPTV is seeking a motivated Video Journalist for a full-time video Germany coordinator position in our Berlin bureau starting in March 2026.

Your role will be to organise the video coverage of Germany by coordinating and supervising AFP’s video journalists in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt. You will also be increasingly involved in the video coverage coordination of AFP’s Central European region. You may become responsible for this region later in the job.

You will also help recruit, train and coordinate a network of freelancers. You will keep a contact book of third-party video providers, especially those offering live feeds of news events.
