Video Editor & AI Video Making Specialist

SciSpace is looking for a creative Video Editor & AI Video Making Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This role blends traditional video editing with cutting-edge AI tools to create engaging content for social media platforms. If you enjoy experimenting with AI, crafting strong prompts, and turning ideas into compelling videos, this role is for you.

Required Skills:

• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and short-form content dynamics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Sora, Veo, etc.).
• Strong prompt-writing skills to generate consistent and high-quality AI video outputs.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for thumbnails and design elements.
• Solid understanding of sound design and color grading.

Qualifications:

• An avid Instagram scroller who keeps up with evolving social media trends.
• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven experience using AI tools in video creation.
• Previous experience growing or managing a brand’s social media presence is a plus.
• Having your own Instagram page or YouTube channel is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in science, research, and academic content is highly desirable.
