Job Description
We're a DTC e-commerce brand. Our Creative Strategists write the scripts/briefs and handle creators. You will receive the raw content and assemble launch-ready ads.
What you'll do:
-Edit short-form ads (Meta/TikTok/Reels/Shorts) from UGC + product b-roll following the script/brief.
-Build a strong hook in 0–3s, structure Problem → Proof/Demo → CTA.
-Add burned-in captions (SRT), sound fixes, basic motion/text, logos/end cards.
-Deliver variants (different hooks, CTAs, lengths 15s/30s; formats 9:16 + 1:1).
-Create simple thumbnails and export platform-ready files (bitrate, loudness, safe zones).
-Keep files organized: naming, versions, folders, project file cleanliness.
Must-have:
-Proven e-commerce/DTC ad editing experience (not weddings/vlogs).
-Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro (After Effects/Descript a plus).
-Reliable English communication, stable internet, and a machine that exports fast.
