About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about beauty trends and visual content. This role centers on producing engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos that connect with audiences, inspire, and capture attention.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 15–20 videos weekly (Reels and TikTok)

• Create aesthetically pleasing content for personal and business brands

• Use retention techniques, including a hook every 1–2 seconds

• Propose creative ideas and stay current with social media trends

• Ensure consistent visual branding across all content

Requirements:

• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.

• Strong understanding of color, sound, transitions, and vertical video formats

• Keen aesthetic sense and strong interest in the beauty industry
